She has held senior leadership positions with leading organizations including Reliance Capital Limited and Shree Renuka Sugars, before establishing her own advisory venture, Arete Enterprises, focused on B2B corporate finance, equity, and financial structuring.

Ms. Juneja brings significant boardroom and corporate governance experience, having served as an Independent Director on the boards of TAC Infosec Limited, Atul Auto Limited, and Khushbu Auto Finance Limited.
